<p>Poetry is the highest form of art. Poetry is based on imagination the higher the flight of the poet's thoughts and the more exaggeration in the essay the more beautiful the poem will be. The tone in the poetry of Raees Rampuri is clearly recognizable the formation of which is influenced by the specific traditions of the Rampur school of poetry. It is such a powerful tone that is a manifestation of self-awareness and self-confidence. In his poetry instead of remaining captive to tradition the process of expanding the tradition is seen and in it the individual lines and gaps of his poetic personality can be easily seen. His poetic words and phrases are extremely clean elegant and attractively prominent.</p><p>/</p><p>رئیس رامپوری کی شاعری میں وہ لہجہ صاف پہچانا جاتا ہے جس کی تشکیل میں دبستانِ رامپور کی مخصوص روایات کا دخل ہے۔ یہ ایسا توانا لہجہ ہے جو خود آگاہی کا مظہر ہے اور خود اعتمادی کا بھی۔ ان کی شاعری میں روایت کا اسیر ہو کر رہ جانے کے بجائے روایت کی توسیع کا عمل نظر آتا ہے اور اس میں ان کی شاعرانہ شخصیت کے انفرادی خط و خال بہ آسانی دیکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔ ان کے کلام میں از حد صفائی، شگفتگی، خوش سلیقگی اور چونکا دینے والی برجستگی پائی جاتی ہے۔</p>
