A distance learning methodology via the Internet for the qualification of teachers who work with young people and adults verifying their qualifications to work with this specific audience. Adult education known as Andragogy requires a different approach from that used in children's education known as Pedagogy. We have brought in the teachings of Paulo Freire who values knowledge and assumes that the teacher does not possess all the knowledge about the subject being studied and the student does not ignore all knowledge about this subject. Therefore dialogue is the joint confirmation of the teacher and students in the act of knowing or recognising the subject being studied. For this dialogue to take place technology can assist and streamline the teaching and learning process.
