Ek Modh Aaya is a collection of short stories that appear to be on the margins but contain a substantial twist to bring out the idiosyncrasies obsessions odditiespeculiar traits andturn-of-fortunes of people cutting across the varied spectrum of life. Inspired by Saadat Hasan Manto's 'Hashiye' this collection is a contemporary take on the perennial issues and emotions that are part of any citizen's day to day existence and his striving to survive in the fast changing environs.
