About The Book

In the game of conquering Nature the human community has become Bhasmasur. Our earth is constantly being wounded injured and poisoned. Today environment-friendly development is the burning need of the hour. The author has focused on a participatory approach to environment-friendly rural and tribal development especially for the all-round development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). This development includes aspects like joyful education personality development in children gender equality from childhood child and women’s development environment-human-centric development legal awareness and legal aid. This focus can help in formulating government policies and programs. The psychological impact both positive and negative of good and bad sanskars (rites impressions) on the child and adolescent mind affects their personality throughout life. The author has also attempted to understand and explain the psychology behind these facts. He has documented his sufferings struggles and successful true stories during the implementation of rights-based issues of tribal communities children and women as well as the promotion of forest conservation activities. The author was born in Bhuli Nagar Dhanbad Bihar on March 16 1958. His primary education took place in his ancestral village Karth and in the small towns of Kharkhari and Sonda Bihar. He completed his Middle Higher Secondary and B.Sc. in Madhya Pradesh. The author earned an M.A. (Social Work) with a Gold Medal from the Indore School of Social Work Indore in April 1981. After this he served in the field of rural and tribal development in Rajasthan Madhya Pradesh Bihar and Jharkhand. Currently he is serving in Santal Pargana Jharkhand. The author received the ‘C.F. Andrews Social Work Award 1981’. His social organization was honoured with the ‘Indira Priyadarshini Vriksha Mitra Award 1994’ by the Ministry of Environment and Forests Government of India. He is the Secretary-cum-Chief Executive Officer of the organization “Agrarian Assistance Association” Dumka. The author participated in the ‘National Court Excellence Program’ at the ‘National Judicial Academy Bhopal’ from February 03 to 05 2012. He also served as a Senior Member of the ‘Permanent Lok Adalat’ of the District Civil Court Dumka from 2015 to 2020 and as a bench member in various National Mega Monthly and Bank Lok Adalats organized by the District Legal Services Authority Dumka. He suggested that Social Work and Rural Development Institutions update their curriculum to address social changes by including participatory research methods program planning and evaluation and legal awareness with legal aid provisions. He has written 15 articles for the building of a strong society with a new approach.
