Ekanban and Barcode implementation in an automotive supplier plant

This work describes the implementation of an Ekanban and Barcode solution in the automotive supplier plant at Behr Brasil Ltda. An increasing globalisation and the worldwide presence of automobile manufactures also forces the suppliers to open up to new markets as well as to compete internationally. Therefore communication with people from all nations and integration into foreign cultures are of a major significance in today's business world.
