This study unveils the predictive capabilities of educational resources (equipment facilities materials and personnel available for education) specifically provided for by the EKO Project Intervention on the mathematics achievements of students in Epe of Lagos Nigeria. Five independent variables were studied. Five schools were sampled using simple random sampling technique. SS2 students (N=385) of the sampled schools were used for the study. Three instruments were used. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Results showed that the five independent variables only accounts for 3.4% of the variance observed in mathematics achievement scores of the sampled schools and the observed variance is statistically significant [F(5379)=3.674 p<0.05]. In addition only Students’ Learning Enhancement Resources contribute significantly to the prediction of future students achievement in mathematics at (β=0.172 t=3.259 p<0.05). Also there is no significant difference between the WAEC Mathematics Result Analysis of the sample school three years before and three years after Eko Project Intervention. The observed difference is due to chance.
