About The Book

In this doctoral work conductive polymer nanocomposites (NPCs) based on block copolymers and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were obtained. Two of the copolymers used are commercial: polystyrene-b-polybutadiene-b-polystyrene (SBS) triblocs and polystyrene-b-polyethylene (SEBS). Two block copolymer/MWCNT systems were then obtained and studied for specific purposes. The results showed that both process and matrix modification can induce different material structures and can be favorable means for controlling the electrical conductivity of NPCs based on block copolymers and MWCNT.
