Elly discovers a mysterious radio beacon originating on Kotay’s small moon which leads to two interstellar jump points which Walli does not investigate . Earth’s government tries to raise taxes on Kotari trade. Chollie Klinkon (Walli’s ally) buys the space repair station and ships it to Kotay. Chao discovers a tree that produces a potent aphrodisiac resin that soon becomes a hot trade item harvested by humans. Chollie and Walli construct a trading station out of an unclaimed asteroid. The Space Force tries to take over the trading station.
