Emerging Factors in Tax Reforms and Administration in Ministry of Finance - Afghanistan

This book is written on tax reforms and administration in Ministry of Finance Afghanistan. Main reason was to bring positive points in the taxation system of the country. I have proposed the legalization of poppy cultivation and opium legal trade under the tight control of government and UNODC and international organizations. This legalized trade will bring wealth to the country reduce the poppy cultivation in long run.
