Methodological basics of the emission Mössbauer spectroscopy with the 57Co(57mFe) 61Cu(61Ni) 67Cu(67Zn) 67Ga(67Zn) 133Ba(133Cs) 155Eu(155Gd) and 197Hg(197Au) isotopes are presented. They have been developed with the aim to investigate the electron defects and the processes of Bose-condensation of the electron pairs within the crystal lattices of high-temperature superconductors {La(2−x)[SrBa](x)CuO4 Nd(2−x)Ce(x)CuO4 RBa2Cu3O(7−x) RBa2Cu4O8 Y2Ba4Cu7O15 Tl2Ba2Ca(n−1)Cu(n)O(2n+4) Bi2Sr2Ca(n−1)Cu(n)O(2n+4) HgBa2Ca(n−1)Cu(n)O(2n+2) n=123} using the crystal probes introduced into lattices of copper metal-oxides via radioactive decay of parent atoms being proper atoms of the investigated compound.
