Following the significant role of emotion regulation and work engagement in the success of teachers and consequently the success of the educational system this book intended to provide an insight on these two concepts and their contributions to language teaching. The language teacher’s emotion regulation focuses on the strategies that language teachers implement to regulate their emotions. Language teachers' work engagement is broadly defined as their commitment to their work.
