EMOTIONAL ABANDONMENT FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE DUTY TO LIVE TOGETHER

This work aims to demonstrate the importance of maintaining affective bonds between individuals. Taking into account not only the natural instinct of protection of the parents with their offspring but also the state of need of the individual still in formation. The future of a nation cannot be safeguarded if the State itself does not guarantee the minimum dignity of survival to its individuals. In this projection minors above all have all their interests safe and are prioritized in all relationships including family ones.
