The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and teamwork in teachers of the educational institution N° 64912-Marko Emilio Jara Schenone Manantay-Ucayali 2020 whose variables were theoretically based on Bar-On''s model of emotional intelligence Goleman''s theory of emotional intelligence and the theory of social learning a non-experimental study with a correlational design which considered as sample population 25 teachers from the study site to whom the questionnaire was applied as a data collection instrument. Therefore the final conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and teamwork in teachers of the educational institution No. 64912-Marko Emilio Jara Schenone Manantay-Ucayali 2020 since the result Rho = 0.777 and Sig.= 0.000 indicate that the correlation is positive moderate and highly significant.
