The main aim of the study is to find out the effect of family relationship and academic climate on emotional intelligence and adjustment of adolescents. In present study thirty-four hypotheses were tested. The main finding of the study is that family relationship and academic climate significantly affects on emotional intelligence of adolescents. The teachers parents educational administrators school counsellors and society should work cooperatively to develop a desirable emotional intelligence in adolescents so these adolescents give their best to the society.
