The book covers subjects likeloveheartbreaks depression wars death women empowerment rape social injustice etc. This book is a rollercoaster of the emotions that I went through in my growing days which now are the reason for my strength and base of this book. This book is written with the idea to help the people who are going through hardships and traumas. This book is divided into 3 parts and each part has a different subject. The poetries written in the book are there for a reason and each poem has a very different perspective of emotions and healings. There are times when we are overwhelmed with the things going on around us sometimes overwhelmed with joy and sometimes overwhelmed with utter grief. This book will help you to understand your emotions not only to the depth and core of your heart but also to analyse and realize that emotions are the same just soul and body differs. What I am going through today someone else in this world is also going through the same amount of anxiety and insecurity. This book will speak about the things that you were afraid to talk about.
