Empires Fall From Within: Vol. II

This work looks at the dynamics between the population of neutral citizens and several other undesirable population notably populations of drug users gangs and violent police. As these undesirable populations grow the system sees a decline in the stability of the neutral population. The more growth in the undesirable populations the more unstable is the neutral population. This instability can be seen in the neutral population being in constant and growing fear from the undesirable populations.
