Employee Training Internal Control System and Financial Management

Small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) sector is pivotal to the economic growth and development of any nation and Nigeria is no exception. SMEs are vulnerable to fraudulent schemes scams employee embezzlement pilferage and other sundry crimes in the work place because employees do not have the required knowledge and they often do not have effective internal control systems. As a result the study examined effect of employee training and internal control system on financial management of SMEs in Abuja Nigeria.
