Employee Turnover

Turnover is a serious and costly problem but it is rarely seen as such by the people who could take action to prevent it.It is relatively rare for people to leave jobs in which they are happy even when offered higher pay elsewhere adding that most staff have a preference for stability. People leave when they are not committed and motivated anymore and lack of training or career opportunities can contribute to that.
