Employees Job Satisfaction in Ethiopia

The study may help organizations to identify factors that affect employees’ job satisfaction both subordinates and managers’ levels. It also encourages them to improve the job satisfaction practices of the employees. It will give signal to the human resource management and to take remedial actions and baseline for future researches. In addition it may help managers to obtain deeper understanding based on their role and responsibility about the issues of employees job satisfaction.
