EMPLOYMENT LAW

This work of labor law is intended to be of much more pedagogical interest to our pupils and students in technical vocational training and education as well as to their trainers teachers and anyone else interested in the subject for various reasons. We have drawn heavily on the Chad Labour Code promulgated on December 11 1996 as well as on general collective agreements and other texts relating to current labour legislation. Labour law a special law designed for the private employment sector seeks to reconcile the often conflicting interests of employers and employees. It is important that the rules of this law are well learned and understood by our learners who aspire to the job market in the long term on the one hand and employers who are often subject to violation of said rules on the other in order to create a serene and peaceful social climate in the world of work. We hope on this occasion to make a modest contribution to the popularization of the legal rules of this transversal Social Law for both the academic community and the private employment sector. The World is no longer to be discovered it is already inhabited.
