The monograph is intended to optimize methods for diagnosing and treating endothelial dysfunction in patients with ankylosing spondylitis who have had COVID-19. The algorithm proposed in the monograph will allow for timely implementation of preventive measures aimed at reducing disease activity preventing complications and avoiding early disability.
