Energy Cooperation between India and the Caspian Region

<p><span style=color: rgba(99 100 102 1)>The book primarily focuses on energy cooperation between India and the Caspian region states-Azerbaijan Russia Kazakhstan Turkmenistan and Iran-which garner global attention because of their hydrocarbon reserves and transit capability. He holds a PhD and MPhil from the Centre for Russian and Central Asian Studies School of International Studies Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Master's in Political Science from St. Joseph's College Bangalore.
