Enforced disappearance a look at water in a decolonial perspective

The forced disappearance in Colombia is a product of the violence of the last sixty years the internal armed conflict the abuse of power of the governments in power and even crime have contributed to this social phenomenon that afflicts thousands of families victims of this scourge which claim justice truth memory and reparation in this framework the memory of the sensitive case of the environmentalist Sandra Viviana Cuellar Gallego and her struggles for the water of the city of Santiago de Cali is recovered.
