The forced disappearance in Colombia is a product of the violence of the last sixty years the internal armed conflict the abuse of power of the governments in power and even crime have contributed to this social phenomenon that afflicts thousands of families victims of this scourge which claim justice truth memory and reparation in this framework the memory of the sensitive case of the environmentalist Sandra Viviana Cuellar Gallego and her struggles for the water of the city of Santiago de Cali is recovered. It is part of a documentary review of press and journalistic notes circulating in local and national media for the purposes of this research information is filtered from the network of the last 14 years on the case of the forced disappearance of the Environmental Engineer Sandra Viviana Cuellar Gallego last February 17 2011 a case that has not yet been clarified by the competent authorities in addition to the record of semi-structured interviews applied to a focus group that present the following characteristics; personal friends of the disappeared environmental activists of the city muralists and human rights defenders.
