Enigma

In this book the author talks about Luckshmi a city girl born on the auspicious Lakshmi Puja day during the festival of Diwali. Her life is full of fireworks and we get to see a few of those sparks in the author’s words. However it is not just her story. It’s the story of every woman who has questioned the social bias and discrimination amongst men and women. It is also the story of the men in her life who are deemed to be privileged but are in fact as much a victim of our social structure as are the women.
