<p>November 1918. Germany is defeated. Fury cast in resentment stands beside every German. Chaos governs the streets.</p><p>Despite the confusion Thomas and Lilli Schroeder settle in Munich with hopes for a peaceful and prosperous life for their young family.</p><p>On a visit to London his birthplace Thomas discovers a heritage that changes everything - he has direct matrilineal Jewish parentage - he is Jewish.</p><p>As Adolf Hitler emerges as a powerful force in German politics the threat to Thomas' family could not be more clear. After exhaustively researching both Hitler and the Nazi Party Thomas sets himself on a dangerous path of resistance: he joins the Nazi Party.</p><p>Is it possible for one man to set in motion a chain of events that will prevent one of the greatest tragedies of the twentieth century?</p>
