About the Book: Why do we always talk about the success stories of big entrepreneurs? While the fact is that until and unless we will not work for the upliftment of the bottom of the pyramid it would be difficult for us to achieve sustainable development. That’s why there is a need to understand the grassroots problems their challenges and issues first. This book is a small effort to make society aware of such small success stories challenges faced and opportunities in the form of case studies that can make a big change in their lives and also shows the importance of financial inclusion and women entrepreneurship. Since every drop counts we must be motivating such small efforts towards this change especially by the women who are struggling for ages to earn their self-respect self-identity and are the ones who can make a real difference with their different personality traits and can lead our country towards a Self- Independent Bharat. About the Author: Dr. Priya Sharma Assistant Professor Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies Delhi India has been a Topper in her Masters UGC-NET and Doctorate in Economics. She endures a teaching experience for more than 10 years and has also worked with NGOs like PRADAN. She is a counsellor and speaker in the area of Mindfulness Gratitude and Sustainability Recently she has written a book titled “Understanding the Role of Micro finance” and chapters in a few others. She has written articles/ research papers in national and international journals and conferences of repute IIMs IITs and other institutions in the areas of Managerial economics Macroeconomics Business Environment Microfinance and Entrepreneurship.
