<p><em><strong>Ensoulment: Exploring the Feminine Principle in Western Culture</strong> </em>received first place in the Best Women&rsquo;s Issues Book Category at the 2017 International Latino Book Awards ceremony and honorable mention in the Most Inspirational Non-fiction - English category&nbsp;and was a finalist in two categories for the American Book Fest: Anthologies &amp; Women&#39;s Issues.</p><p><strong><em>Ensoulment </em></strong>is an encounter with a young filmmaker struggling to explain the feminine according to psychologist Carl Jung&rsquo;s theories. She interviews authors and leaders including Dr. James Hollis Dr. Abigail Disney Rev. Dr. Serene Jones Dr. Cynthia Eller and Dr. Anne Fausto-Sterling amongst others to broaden her perspective about what the feminine is and how it takes place in Western culture. What starts out as an attempt to make a film ends in a search of meaning belonging and the path back to her true self.&nbsp;</p>
