Ensuring Effective Liberian Organizations through Action Research

Why are Liberian organizations in the diaspora hamstrung by problems to the point where most of these organizations often fail to achieve their goals and objectives? This is the overarching question that the action research reported in this book tried to address. It is my ardent hope that this book will provide a bird''s-eye view of the problems undermining most Liberian organizations and preventing them from providing the services they were established to provide to their rank and file.
