In carrying out this work we have taken as our starting point certain social realities that exist in our communities. With this in mind we have endeavored to provide answers to the question of whether the cultural trend generally observed in certain communities around the world and specifically in Goma does not require certain actions that would justify the effectiveness of AJPC's kujitegemea production capacity in the socio-economic life of Goma? Using analytical descriptive historical and indirect observation methods backed up by interview and documentary techniques we came up with some important facts to bear in mind. Despite the boom in banking activity over the past three years the DRC's financial sector remains in its infancy. Only 1% of the population has access to banking services compared with an average of 6% in Central Africa. With a development index of 0.304 the country was ranked last according to the 2013 United Nations Human Development Report. Current trends show that the DRC is unlikely to achieve most of the MDGs.
