Its core contribution is the author's Entrepreneur-Contract General Equilibrium Theory-a framework integrating contract theory and entrepreneurship theory-which examines the determinants of enterprise delegation rights (ownership) arrangements in market economies. These insights retain profound relevance today.</p><p></p><p>The original manuscript received Oxford University's 1992 Economics Dissertation Prize.
