Entrepreneurship Research: Management Innovation

Innovation is one of the most important factors required for a successful entrepreneurship. This explorative study will examine the correlation among with management innovation motivation and technological innovation in Chinese start-up entrepreneurship. Results found that there was a statistically significant about management innovation. It would be better to inform start-up entrepreneurs that they could pursue the success as way of social and economic development by management innovation.
