Environment

The presence of the term environmental liabilities today has taken on economic social and legal dimensions like never before. Economic activities and their effects on the environment are issues discussed worldwide. In order to avoid balance or minimize their negative environmental impacts economic activities in agricultural areas have recently been the subject of specific legislation which regulates technological and operational methodologies capable of eliminating or reducing these impacts. In addition to the legal norms other recommendations and proposals as yet unregulated are being implemented to ensure effective environmental responsibility and obligations. Recognizing environmental liabilities is of fundamental importance for a correct assessment of the overall situation.
