Environmental and State Sovereignty in Waste Management

The paper considers the actual problems of forming a unified educational space in Russia in the context of the project Demography Sovereignty and Waste of Life in the Technosphere of the XXI Century. The key directions of education development are analyzed including the exclusion of education from the sphere of services improvement of the system for assessing the quality of entrants' training management of graduates' distribution and creation of a system of extended responsibility of educational institutions.
