Environmental Exposures and Noncommunicable Diseases

This publication provides evidence and information on how in recent decades the increase in the incidence of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes arterial hypertension obesity cardiovascular problems among others has been associated to some environmental exposures. The book starts from the contextualization of environmental health to the orientation on some recommendations for the mitigation of the negative effects that result in a better prevention and control of these diseases.
