Environmental Law and Policy is a user friendly concise inexpensive action of environmental law. The book is intended for three audiences such as students both (undergraduate and postgraduate) seeking a readable study guide for their environmental law and policy courses want to include conceptual materials on the major legal issues. The law is shaped by the results of research in these different fields with legal regulation and legal activities supported and legitimated by the work of biologists chemists economists engineers geneticists and physicists.
