The integral formation of the professional on the basis of a deep humanistic sense competence culture and commitment is a fundamental element to favor the sustainable and sustainable development of Cuban society and a priority for the treatment of the environment and climate change in the Ministry of Higher Education and consequently for the Municipal University Center (CUM) of Songo La Maya. In this context special attention is given to the comprehensive training of students in training in the career of Agronomy however at present there are insufficient teaching tasks and a strategy to influence environmental management for the development of sustainable food that allows a comprehensive training in terms of mitigation measures and adaptation to climate change The adoption of adaptation practices by small farmers on their farms and in other productive structures which will facilitate their adjustment to the challenges of climate and help them to be prepared for its negative effects.
