Anorectal malformations (AD) are congenital anomalies which partially or completely interrupt the continuity of the terminal portion of the digestive tract or modify its topography. Their frequency is estimated at 1 per 5000 live births. The aim of our retrospective study carried out between 2012 and 2017 in the surgical department of Bonzola Hospital is to determine the epidemiological profile of MAR. It was found after the results of our study that MAR are very rare in our environment with a hospital frequency of MAR at Bonzola hospital is 5.75% or 11 cases of MAR out of 191 cases of congenital malformations recorded in the service of surgery of this health structure. The patients concerned by this study are 11 (6 boys and 5 girls) i.e. a G / F sex ratio of 1.2. They are aged between 1 day and over 9 months. The male sex is the most affected with a total of 6 out of 11 cases or 54.54% while the female sex represents only 45.45% or 5 out of 11 cases.
