Ergonomics well help people to assess their abilities and limitations and teaches them how to perform safely effectively and comfortably within the environment. Ergonomics looks at what kind of work is done what tools are used and the whole working environment. The aim of ergonomics is to find the best fit between workers and their working conditions.
