Erography and Ayurvedic Tissue Excellence

Ergography is a procedure by which a graphical record of muscle contractions is obtained and the amount of work done is calculated. Mosso’s Ergograph is a reliable and valid instrument to calculate the work done. In both Males and Females as the statistical analysis (Pearson’s correlation test) shows there is a positive correlation between Mamsa Dh?tu S?rat? Asthi Dh?tu S?rat? and Work done capacity. In both Males and Females when the percentage of Masma Dh?tu S?rat? and Asthi Dh?tu S?rat? increases the work done also increases. Other Dh?tu S?rat? like Rasa S?rat? Rakta S?rat? Meda S?rat? Majj? Dh?tu S?rat? ?ukra Dh?tu S?rat? Satva S?rat? did not show any significant correlation with Ergogrphic records (work done). The same result was found in both Male and Female volunteers.
