<p><strong>A Black Theology from the Ghetto by the Ghetto</strong></p><p>As the world moves into late modernity urbanisation is slowly being replaced by ghettoisation with its attendant hypersexuality hyperviolence hyperexploitation and underdevelopment.</p><p>From within these conditions the Black underclass of Harlem New York were able to build a philosophy and outlook that came to not only give them high levels of dignity empowerment and intelligence but also give them a culture and mentality that would dominate East Coast hip hop throughout what would come to be known as its golden age.</p>
