Essence in Motion

The Dao De Jing states We look at it and we do not see it and we name it Yi (the Equable). We listen to it and we do not hear it and we name it Xi (the Inaudible). We try to grasp it and we do not get hold of it and we name it Wei (the Subtle). The great Dao transcends sensation and perception. As for theory this book highlights the theory of Taiji. It delves into the intrinsic realm of emotions and the external material world. and also explores the intricate interplay between them. Through this the book aims to better assist its readers in gaining insights into themselves enhancing personal development and rediscovering their inherent nature.练功内容，探讨了理论与方法。理论着重介绍了太极理论，从心物一元的视角，来探讨内在情感思辨世界与外在物质世界，以及它们之间的关系，由此更好地帮助我们了解自己，改善自己，回归本性。The principles of qigong practice are rooted in man-nature correspondence.This book elaborates on the concept of man-nature correspondence through five levels: human earth heaven Dao and nature.练功法则为天人感应:从人、地、天、道、自然五个层次，来认识自我、走出局限、回归自然。The last part of this book introduces the traditional qigong exercise named Ba Duan Jin (Eight Sections of Brocade).
