They can be determined simultaneously by the Reverse phase chromatography method. The method development and Validation are done as per International Conference on Harmonization i.e IC H guidelines. The various parameter studied are linearity Accuracy precision the limit of detection the limit of Quantitation Robustness and Ruggedness.
