<p>Ethereal started out as a joke. A response to some kidding around on the Internet.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>I started telling a story to entertain my friends and -- well I guess I got carried away with it.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Couldn't get it out of my head except maybe by bleeding it out through my fingers.
