Ethics Social Responsibility and Quality of Life in Times of Crisis

<p>Crises in organizations can have either devastating consequences or provide the opportunity or improving people communities and organizations. However more often than not a crisis either internal or external to the organization can expose breaches in the overall quality of life and have a dramatic impact on issues such as the psychological safety of individuals and the overall health and well-being of communities and organizations. As a result stakeholders will react experience and be impacted in different ways based on how the organization and its leadership consider issues such as overall quality of life well-being and psychological safety.
