Ethics to Business Profitability and Sustainability in Africa:

The human work force being the engine room of every organization stress the fact that their behaviours must be monitored closely and therefore this study is aimed at hitting the ethical behaviour of employees and how they affect the main goals of every business. Every company has spoken and unspoken rules about how to act within a company environment. Given lucid explanations about what is okay and what is not okay this includes behaviour towards other employees customers and the public. Sometimes these guidelines are different for different companies in this study we also draw lines between why employees behave the way they do within the organization even if these spoken and unspoken rules are in place and why some organizations do what they do within the environment they operate in.In business there are many different people you have to answer to: customers shareholders clients and other stakeholders with the prevention of conflicts of interest the only way of treating each group accordingly and not put your business in risk is to act ethically in all activities and dealings.
