Ethnographic Poetic Transcriptions on the Life-World

My purpose is to unveil the relation between poetic transcriptions and qualitative research. This process is how we make sense of ourselves and perhaps is a doorway toward understanding the other. Poetic transcriptions require being prepared for the other to speak to us thus treating the other as equals to be met not objects to be inspected tolerated or unseen. As I endeavored to examine their meanings and truths my poetic transcriptions are about the deferred dreams silenced voices and hidden faces of four African American men. My poetic transcriptions are dialogues about authentic blackness and about what is or what ought to be.
