<p>Maxim gets a job at the European Agency for Innovation Support. He is going to work with brilliant professionals in a multinational team guided by European Union values. Yet instead of the blissful perspective he expected Maxim finds himself close to a shameful resignation. Tipped off by a colleague he realizes he has been framed for this deplorable state by Carlos the Agency's executive director. Maxim investigates Carlos's conspiracy and discovers things he would prefer never to know. The revealed evidence cannot be used against Carlos because EU agencies protect their top managers. But Maxim must find his way into the dark side of EU bureaucracy for he is a spurious European with secret vile tools at his disposal.</p>
