EUTHANASIA AND SUICIDE AS PART OF RIGHT TO LIFE

Whether Euthanasia and suicide be housed under Article 21nof the Constitution of India as an inherent right is the main question posed in this research. This question came up when the Hon''ble Supreme Court has declared that right to die with dignity can come under Article 21 and not the right to die. So what all things can be listed under the concept of ''dignity'' and whether there is a need for any new legislations for the same and its suggestions are the content of this research.
