Evaluating the Motivational Factors of Employee-Consultants in Nigeria

Over the years the success of most big construction projects have been largely dependent on the employee-consultant. However their motivation has been questionable and the need to evaluate their motivational factors becomes eminent. The research took a view from both the employee-consultants and the management (employer) to identify the key factor(s) that affect their motivation and relevant recommendations were made.
