Evaluation of industrial company's OHSMS according to OHSAS 18001:2007

Generally the organizations of all types are increasingly concerned with achieving and demonstrating the sound occupational health and safety performance by controlling their OH&S risksso that there are many agencies and organizations pursuiting to promote and develop the OH&S standards the prime mover in the area of international OH&S standards is United Nations (UN) specifically International Labour Organization (ILO) which joints a large number of countries U.S.A and U.K play a great role in (ILO) where that each country has contirbuted on creating a comprehensive OH&S standard (OSHA by US.A and OHSAS 18001:2007 by U.K).In this modest work we are going to evaluate an American company health and safety management system depending on (OSHA) by the referential OHSAS 18001:2007. As a problematiccould an american OHSM system depending on (OSHA) be adapted with the referential OHSAS (18001:2007)? Therefore on this book we will study an evaluation of a OHSM system by an effective tool OHSAS (18001:2007) additionally we wll try to find the extent of compliance conformity and commitment of the company (Nabors Drilling International Limited) with this international reference.
